Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 2–3 business days for tracking information to update after dispatch.

Customs & Import Duties

Skinzform ships internationally. Your order may be subject to customs fees, import duties or taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping fees. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

Delays

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Skinzform is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, courier issues or circumstances beyond our control. If your order has not arrived within 20 business days of your dispatch notification, please contact us at support@skinzform.com.

Lost or Missing Orders

If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbours and your local post office before contacting us. We will investigate all missing order claims but cannot be held responsible for packages marked as delivered by the courier.
