Overview
At Skinzform, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Because our products are intimate apparel worn directly against the skin, we maintain a strict hygiene policy. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
Your Right to Cancel (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)
In accordance with UK and EU consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item(s), without giving any reason.
To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us by email at support@skinzform.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Your email must include your order number and reason for return.
Hygiene Policy — Important
For hygiene and health reasons, returns are only accepted if ALL of the following conditions are met:
• The item is unworn, unwashed and in its original condition
• All original tags and packaging are intact and attached
• The item has not been in contact with the skin (tried on over underwear only)
• The item is free from odours, marks, stains or any signs of use
Items that do not meet all of the above conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense.
How to Return
1. Email us at support@skinzform.com with your order number and reason for return within 14 days of receipt.
2. Wait for our return authorisation email — do not send items before receiving this.
3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging with all tags attached.
4. Ship the item to our returns address below at your own cost. We recommend tracked shipping as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Return Shipping Cost
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. We do not provide prepaid return labels.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. If your return does not meet our hygiene conditions, we will contact you and the item will be sent back to you.
Store Credit Option
We are happy to offer store credit as an alternative to a refund. Store credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issue and can be used on any future order at skinzform.com.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@skinzform.com with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
Sale Items
Sale items are eligible for store credit only. No cash refunds will be issued on items purchased during promotional sales or discount periods.
